At about 11:30 on January 15th, 2011 a fire broke out in a workshop at the Phillipi Fruit Company on 5th Street in Wenatchee, WA. As it was only a few blocks from my house I was one of the first to arrive. It was cold with a freezing rain and a pretty miserable night to be out but what can you do. You sure can’t pick the perfect weather to have a fire. The responders did a fantastic job and had this stubborn fire knocked down pretty quickly.
